Message from our Senior Pastor
Ivy Church, you are all in my prayers right now, however this is affecting you and wherever you are. While a lot of things are uncertain, the only way we can move forward together is trusting the Lord one day at a time. We will be flexible, courageous and adapt as the Lord helps us.
Our commitment to serve you as a church doesn’t stop and we are excited to go live online this Sunday for our service at 10.30am. Join us here – we’d love to meet with you.
Right now our Ivy Youth and Grow Groups will also meet online and other groups are cancelled, in line with government advice.
Our plans may change as things develop, but our church building is closed to the public and our staff team are working remotely. They are accessible online, via phone and email and we want you to keep in touch.
Despite living in unprecedented times we have great opportunities. Let’s reach out and be light in our neighbourhoods, let’s pray for others and let’s share the good news of Jesus, who is unchanging.
Love always, Anthony

Stay Up to Date
We’ll be posting regular updates on social media, so follow Ivy Church and keep in touch.
Many of you are looking at how we respond in our communities to those in need. We’re encouraging people to contact their neighbours as a first step but are also looking at how we can reach wider.
A great resource is www.trusselltrust.org where information on your local Food bank needs and drop off points can be found.
If you’ve found our website or joined an online service for the first time, we want to extend a huge welcome to you! We’d love to meet you in person and share more about who God is and what church is all about but in the meantime, check out this website www.lookingforgod.com.
It’s a great place to ask questions and get connected.
Giving Back to God
One of Ivy’s values is that we endeavour to be generous: we love to serve others and give of our time, talents and treasures. Even when we can’t be together, your giving matters so that we can continue the ongoing legacy of this church in the community, especially as needs and opportunities are changing. We know that many of you give regularly back to God in our weekly offering time as an act of response and worship to what God has done for you.
You can use these methods below to keep doing so:
Give as a one off or regularly.
Via the bank
Set up regular giving through your bank.
Boost your donation by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate.
Gift Aid is reclaimed by the church from the tax you pay for the current tax year. If you are a taxpayer, find out more and complete the declaration.
